President of News, Advertising and Programming
Keith Bowen is President of News, Advertising and Programming for Altice USA. In this role, he oversees the company’s news brands, News 12 and i24NEWS; its advanced advertising and data business, Optimum Media; it’s omnichannel advertising and technology performance media group, Juice Media; as well as all programming-related developments, distribution negotiations, and agreements covering all content platforms for the company’s Optimum telecommunications business. Previously, Mr. Bowen served as Chief Revenue Officer for Altice News & Advertising.
Prior to joining Altice USA, Mr. Bowen served as Chief Revenue Officer for Spectrum Reach where he oversaw all aspects of revenue generation for Charter’s advertising sales and production services division. Before that, Mr. Bowen served as Chief Revenue Officer for Tribune Media, where he managed the company’s broadcast, cable and digital media portfolio, and prior to that was the Chief Revenue Officer at Urban One (formerly Radio One), where he led the company’s sales teams across their broad portfolio of subsidiaries.
Mr. Bowen started his career at Allnet Communications before joining Turner Broadcasting, where he held a variety of sales and marketing roles during his tenure including leadership roles at CNN, HLN, Cartoon Network, Adult Swim, TBS & TNT. He was instrumental in the successful launches of Cartoon Network, Adult Swim and TV One.
Across his career, Mr. Bowen has served on a variety of industry boards including the Video Advertising Bureau, American Advertising Federation, the New York Interconnect and the IRTS Foundation, an education and diversity nonprofit. Mr. Bowen has led his team to win various accolades, including New York Emmy Awards, Press Club of Long Island Awards, New York Press Club Awards, Murrow Awards, and Gracie Awards. He has been honored on the Cablefax 100 List multiple times.
Mr. Bowen received his B.A. from Loyola University Chicago.
