Vice President, General Manager of Optimum Mid Atlantic

Elton Hart serves as Vice President, General Manager of Optimum Mid Atlantic. In this role, Mr. Hart leads local sales, operations, and engagement efforts across Optimum’s West Virginia, Ohio, Kentucky, and North Carolina footprint, ensuring best-in-class service and support to more than 240 communities in Optimum’s Mid Atlantic Area. This includes identifying and implementing a hyperlocal strategy across Optimum’s Mid Atlantic service area to grow market share and drive local sales growth, while minimizing churn.  

Mr. Hart has more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, most recently serving as Vice President Marketing Development and SMB Sales at Comcast Business. Over the course of his career, Mr. Hart has successfully led SMB sales organizations by leveraging his analytical and planning skills and leading a collaborative team effort across regions to drive improved sales channel productivity and achieve required returns.  

He has a proven track record of developing and implementing effective news business tools and processes and has driven growth across various sales channels and regional teams, while facilitating training and consulting to field sales leadership to continuously support and motivate employees.  

Mr. Hart received his B.S. in Business Administration from Colorado State University and an MBA from the University of Georgia. Mr. Hart has also served in the United States Navy.
