This report highlights the impact made across the company in environmental sustainability, diversity and inclusion, and community engagement.
The report highlights how the company has begun taking strides to improve sustainable operations and invest in new technologies, like solar and fuel cell technologies.
The report also showcases some of the steps the company is taking to drive greater allyship, intersectionality and awareness at Optimum, earning a perfect score on the Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Quality Index and named “Best Place to Work for Disability Inclusion” by the Disability Equality Index. It also details how Optimum is supporting the communities it serves by engaging more than 440 communities across 18 states.
