News 12 Networks Receive National Murrow Award

News 12 Networks continued its sweep of local and national news gathering and storytelling awards today, taking home a National Edward R. Murrow Award. The awards are organized and announced by the Radio Television Digital News Association (RTDNA) and recognize the best in radio, television and digital journalism.

Earlier this year, News 12 Networks was awarded five Regional Edward R. Murrow Awards in categories that spanned writing and feature reporting to hard news, documentaries and sports reporting across its Connecticut, Hudson Valley, and Westchester newsrooms.

Today, News 12 was recognized at the national level by the RTDNA as the very best in their field in News Documentary for News 12 Westchester/Hudson Valley's Buried Secrets.

News 12 will be honored for this achievement at the Murrow Award Gala, which will be held in New York City in October.
