October 7, 2023 – Due to the recent conflict, Optimum, a brand of Altice USA, today announces free calling and texting (SMS and MMS) from the United States to Israel on its Optimum phone and Optimum Mobile services, enabling residential and business customers to reach out to loved ones during this difficult time. 

There is no action needed by customers; any charges will be automatically waived from their monthly bill.
