Preparing for Hurricane Ida

Altice USA's Suddenlink teams are closely monitoring Tropical Storm Ida, which is expected to bring severe weather to the Gulf Coast. 

In preparation for the storm's impact, which may cause power outages and interruption of TV, Internet, and phone service, Suddenlink has placed fully staffed teams on standby, inspected generators for readiness, and is actively engaged with local authorities and power companies to ensure coordination on any potential restoration efforts.

Once confirmed, you will be notified when outages affect your service and will receive timely updates until your service is restored.
