Vice President, General Manager of Optimum Northeast
Vic Pascarelli serves as Vice President, General Manager of Optimum Northeast. In this role, Mr. Pascarelli spearheads local sales, operations, and engagement initiatives across Optimum's service area in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut, with a primary focus on delivering superior service and support to over 400 communities in Optimum’s Northeast Area. Mr. Pascarelli’s leadership is marked by a strategic approach involving the implementation of hyperlocal strategies to boost market share, foster local sales growth, and reduce churn rates.
With a career spanning more than three decades, Mr. Pascarelli has amassed a wealth of experience in the telecommunications industry. He spent 20 years at Comcast, where he held various senior positions in sales, marketing, and operations across multiple markets within the company's footprint. Notably, he served as the Division Vice President of Sales Channel Strategy & Analytics for Comcast's Northeast Division prior to joining Optimum. Before joining Comcast, Mr. Pascarelli was the Director of Marketing at Au Bon Pain Corporation. His early career included stints at Continental Cablevision and American Cablesystems in various roles related to general management, sales, and marketing.
Throughout his career, Mr. Pascarelli has been a driving force behind the development and execution of strategic plans at both regional and divisional levels. His transformative leadership has led to the growth and success of several organizations, through the creation of high-performing teams and disciplined execution. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Mr. Pascarelli is known for his collaborative and results-oriented approach. He received his B.A. in Business Administration from Bryant University in Rhode Island.
