Altice USA once again recognized by Human Rights Campaign Foundation as a ‘Best Places to Work for LGBTQ Equality’
For the second year in a row, Altice USA is honored to have achieved a perfect score of 100 on the Human Rights Foundation’s Corporate Equality Index earning us, again, the label among the ‘Best Places to Work for LGBTQ Equality.’
The prestigious national ranking recognizes workplaces with policies and practices that create inclusive environments for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer employees to thrive.
Recognition like this is a tremendous honor. However, even more rewarding, is to see the kind of impact our company’s efforts in this area are having on the lives of our employees.
I want to congratulate Altice Together, our LGBTQ affinity group, for their support and leadership in making Altice USA a great place to work for all individuals through its efforts to create greater awareness about issues for the LGBTQ community. I also want to thank all employees who have had a hand in growing and sustaining our diversity and inclusion program.
Here at Altice USA, we are proud to have a culture based on the belief that the level of innovation and success correlates to greater inclusion in its broadest definition.
Our diversity and inclusion program has allowed us to foster an inclusive mindset that encourages employees to be their authentic selves, thereby making us stronger as a company. These efforts are multi-faceted, including adopting more comprehensive employee benefits, connecting people across offices and geographies through a common passion with our employee affinity groups, and ensuring that our company messaging and products are positioned to resonate with our eclectic customer base throughout the country.
Recognition like this is a measurement of our success and a milestone on our diversity and inclusion journey.
